Brief Profile: Member of the Leadership Team & Management Committee at Colgate Palmolive India, leading HR, ERM & Sustainability for the South Asia region [Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Service & Logistics, India Technology Centre (R&D), Finance & Legal]. Responsible for HR & Talent strategy and implementation, leading a team of HR professionals at multiple offices. Reports to the Board on ERM and Sustainability. HR consultation and advisory services to the Colgate IT and Business Services centre in India.
Was previously the global HR Director for IT & Business Services based in New York, leading HR teams in the US, Mexico, Ireland, Poland, Malaysia and India (Jun 2012 – May 2015). Also led HR & Change Management for Colgate’s Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei subsidiary (Apr 2006 – May 2012). Diverse experience prior to the above assignments in Colgate Palmolive India (Sales HR, Aurangabad factory, Learning & Development).
Ajay is an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur (HR) and MA (Psych); HR experience in Asian Paints before joining Colgate.
