Chief Executive Officer – Future Learning
Astute, passionate and perceptive, Eika Chaturvedi Banerjee derives faith from the ‘power of within’. She believes that one only needs to turn inwards in the relevant context for the right answers at both micro and macro levels – be it individual, organizational, national or global.
In her current role, Eika leads three Future Learning business verticals – Corporate Capability, Skilling, Employability and Livelihood and Education. Her rich Talent Development experience supports effective creation and delivery of innovation learning interventions across sectors, functions and levels. Eika is also the creator andcurator of Future Learning’s line of signature programs, Bodhi-The Awakening, which aims to explore and revisit ancient wisdom in its various aspects, making it relevant and applicable to modern-day context. Eika works closely with State and Central Government –Departments and Agencies on various Skill Development Initiatives. Her vigor and vision has secured a position for Future Learning as one of Modern India’s leading Corporate Skilling Company. Her mission for the Education vertical is to redefine learning, be synonymous with quality education and bridge the industry- academic gap.
Prior to her current leadership role, Eika founded FinSutra, a boutique Leadership Development organisation involved in Talent Development and Executive Coaching interventions based on ancient wisdom, history, mythology and literature. Eika has had rich industry exposure of over 17 years of core operating experience in various Business Leadership roles. She has contributed in key positions with blue-chip organizations like Standard Chartered Bank, ABM Amro, Citi & Kotak, both in India & Singapore.
Eika’s key focus areas include Women’s Issues & Diversity Agenda. She has a keen interest in India History, Mythology & Yoga and regularly draws on India’s age old wisdom for her unique pedagogy. She is founder – curator of Aakhyaan, India’s First ever Annual Mythology festival, a knowledge platform that she has conceptualized with department of Sanskrit, University of Mumbai – to integrate the corporate world, academia and popular culture.
She holds a B.A (Honours) in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from FMS – Delhi. She also holds a Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Comparative Mythology from University of Mumbai, and has completed a certificate course from Ethics & Morality from Yale University, USA. Eika has recently received her Certification from Emergenetics International to ensure that talent development meets strategic business objectives.
