APAC Marketing Director, Corporate Services, SODEXO
Vineeta Tikekar is the APAC Marketing Director, Corporate Services for Sodexo. Vineeta is responsible for leading the Marketing function for the region, which involves Consumer and Client insights, Service design and Consumer experience for all Workplace services (including Food and FM). She has been with Sodexo since 2012, and has been instrumental in creating many offers which have positively impacted the Quality of life of client employees. She is also a member of the APAC Corporate Services Executive Committee.
Vineeta has proven track record in leading the marketing function across multiple geographies. She has expertise in Consumer insights, Experience design and Strategic action planning and has managed large teams, proactively working on talent development and retention.
Prior to Sodexo, she worked with Standard Chartered Bank where she was the Head of Marketing for Malaysia. She also worked with the Bank in India.
She started her career in insights with Nielsen in India.
She is a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusion and has spoken at several forums on the subject. Most recently she was a panellist speaker at the UN Global Compact Meeting in April 2017.
