Sanjay’s rich experience of over 25 years has seen him in leadership roles at Indiaconstruction.com, NIIT and Ingersoll Rand (India). He holds a master’s degree in Business Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Under his able leadership Monster in this region is poised to change the e-recruitment landscape with innovations and initiatives like Monster Employment Index; Monster intelligent mobile app for jobseekers and employers armed with professional networking for jobs, Monster Analytics for employers, Monster College, Monster Salary Index and Virtual Career Fair.
Sanjay’s portfolio at Monster spans over APAC and Middle East region. Sanjay’s entrepreneurship has helped Monster in India to expand in rural markets by conceptualizing rozgarduniya.com, connecting rural India to the main stream. The initiative was acknowledged by prestigious Business Call to Action, supported by UNDP. Under his leadership, Monster India also launched “MonsterTV Active” in association with leading DTH player, Dish TV to help jobseekers in Tier2 and Tier 3 cities access monster at the convenience of their homes. In 2013, Monster India in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) launched www.ciispecialabilityjobs.in, a job portal for the specially -abled people.
Known as the industry stalwart Sanjay delves in the areas of human capital, job hunting, business, technology and other related areas. Through his blogs Of Silver Linings And Golden Rules, he also toys with subjects that serve as brain food. His writings have been published by leading national and international publications.
When not at work, Sanjay likes to involve himself in sports. He has been a National level Table Tennis player. Sanjay is an avid reader and loves to read books on life and philosophy. He is a family man and loves to spend quality time with his wife and children.
