Ruchika leads the Partner Payments & Business Support Service. Leading a team of 300+ employees, her responsibilities include Global Payments & Accounting for Membership Rewards, Client Incentives, Loyalty Edge/ Coalition, TEV, Disbursement, and Global Merchant Services Analytics.
Ruchika is a CFO Premier Award winner and has led many global transformation projects including AR management and revenue recovery that have generated investment dollars.
Not only is Ruchika a member of the GBS & Finance Center Executive Council Gurgaon, she also leads the Woman’s Interest Network (WIN) for the India Chapter.
Ruchika has over 20 + years of industry experience, 14 of which with American Express. Prior roles include Business Strategy Consultant with A.F. Ferguson & Co and PricewaterhouseCoopers.”
