Parveen is responsible for managing and overseeing the diverse cross-functional Personal & Business Banking Operations in India. In her current role she is responsible for a team of c3,000 colleagues.
Her team is responsible for providing agile and quality services across the whole Bank and through multiple channels.
Parveen is a qualified Cost & Works Accountant. She also holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma Certification from TQMI
Parveen started her career with Bank of America prior to joining ABN & brings extensive experience from Retail, Commercial banking & Group Operations. Just before joining Personal & Business Banking Operations in January 2016, she was the Country Head Internal Audit in India.
She is an ardent banking professional with over 20 years of extensive expertise across multiple environments and roles such as customer service, operations, sales, relationship management, remediation and voice operation.
Parveen is originally from Kolkata and speaks 4 languages. In her spare time she likes to listen to music, cook and travel the world
