Aparna Gupta has recently joined as Vice President – Customer Experience at Bristlecone, a Mahindra Group company headquartered in San Jose. Aparna will be responsible for the strategic direction and enhancement of Bristlecone portfolio of products and services in context of new & emerging technologies. She will also be a member of the Group Strategy Office.
Prior to this, Aparna Gupta was the Managing Director, India at FirstRain Inc., a Silicon Valley software company that provides big data analytics to strategic sales and marketing teams of several Fortune 500 companies. Later, she also took the role of Vice President, Product Development. She has played a variety of leadership roles over the years spanning Software engineering, Release & QA, building a Content & Analytics Practice and Product Management.
Aparna is passionate about her volunteering work with different associations and non-profits with focus on innovation/entrepreneurship and promoting women in tech. An information junkie, she unwinds with live shows/movies, travel and occasional karaoke sessions.
Aparna holds a master’s degree in Engineering Sciences from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai.
