Anuj Kapoor is a Managing Director at Barclays India. In addition to leading the Firms coverage effort for the Mid-Cap clients, he also runs some of the largest relationships for the Firm in India (Tata, Hinduja, Reliance ADAG, Shapoorji, Vedanta, etc). He has been with the Firm since 2006. He has been responsible for the campus hiring program for Barclays in India for the past 3 years.
Anuj has 20 years of work experience in investment banking and corporate advisory. In his last role prior to joining Barclays, he worked at Commercial Finance in GE Capital looking after their Structured Finance business. Prior to that, he was with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
Anuj completed his Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1999 and has a Bachelor in Commerce (Honours) degree from Shriram College of Commerce in 1996.
