Passionate about continuous improvement through usage of technology, Anju has helped RBS Business Services achieve most aspired awards in 2013 like the Best Employer Award and the Ramakrishna Bajaj Quality Award.
Anju was elected Women Leader in Barclays India under Women’s Leadership Program in 2010, Participant of Women’s Leadership Program from IIM – Ahmedabad.
