Its upto you how far you go, if you don’t try you will never know !

Do you remember the song “That’s What Makes the World Go Round” from The Sword in the Stone? It always seems to get stuck in our heads, mainly because of its awesome lyrics. It seems like yesterday that we got together for I Inspire 2016. As we continue to get such wonderful feedback about life changing and inspiring experiences, there is no doubt that I Inspire is an experience that has an impact. This impact comes in many forms…

It was in the form of Biz Divas Impact Fund supporting 100 young children by giving them the light of Education. It is only at our platform, where corporations, NGOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders come together to deliberate how they can create a sustainable Inclusive Impact. Supporting each other…that is where the impact and power lies. I am grateful for all the men that joined us this year. And a special thanks to all who traveled from across the world: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Singapore, New York…

But how can one thank a team, which eat, drink and dream of your vision along with you. It is all about months and months of meticulous planning, relentless energy, enthusiasm, dedication, and their TRUE PASSION.

And what better way to thank them by celebrating the True Team spirit in our annual offsite in GOA. Letting your hair down, relaxing, team building, reflecting, planning (yes we really do it in advance;-)), setting goals and have loads and loads of FUN.

We believe:

“The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club wont be worth a dime”.

We are now all set to rock the year with inspiring, innovative ideas to make this world a little more inclusive every day. So look out for new initiatives and projects from our side in 2016.
