Tapan is an Accountant with over 20 years of extensive experience in Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, Risk Based Process reviews and Risk Assessment across banking and manufacturing industries.
He has been operating at Senior Management level for a number of years in an international environment, among global leaders, managing / adapting to cultural sensitivities and leading large teams.
With a robust understanding and appreciation of Risk & Control environments, he has proven my ability to impact business through improved process efficiencies and controls, in both benign and crisis conditions.
He has also spent a year in an HR leadership role to gain a varied and broader exposure to Leadership, gain complementary skills and apply my business / commercial experience to a function which is predominantly domain centric.
He is a strong proponent of Diversity & Inclusion, having consistently had better than industry average diversity ratios across my teams.
