Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Surekha spent 8 years in strategy and management consulting working on assignments across 13 industries. 5 years of which were in Tata Strategic Management Group, focused on strategy formulation including India entry, performance improvement, organization effectiveness and business optimization for domestic and foreign companies. She started her career with Price Waterhouse Coopers where she worked on management consulting and technology projects.
