In his current capacity , he is a startup investor and an advisor. He has an experience of over 28 years across industry sectors and have executed leadership roles at Indiaconstruction.com ; NIIT and Ingersoll Rand. His last assignment was with Monster.com as Managing Director , APAC & Gulf. During his tenure with Monster , he launched many new initiatives like Monster Employment Index; Monster College; Monster Salary Index and rozgarduniya.com connecting rural India to the main stream ( this initiative was acknowledged by BcTA , supported by UNDP).
He holds a master’s degree in Business Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
When not at work, he likes to involve himself in sports. he has been a National level Table Tennis player. He is an avid reader and love to pen my thoughts ( sanjaymodiblog.com ).
