Rupesh has 20 years of experience across industries and a wide spectrum of HR verticals. He is currently heading People function for KPMG Global Services. Prior to this, he was the Head of HR for IHSMarkit (www.ihsmarkit.com) in India.He has also led HR for the domestic business of Accenture and for Capability Network (a distributed consulting model) in India.Had also had an opportunity to work in large and complex environments – a partnership between the Fortune 2 (Wal-Mart) and one of the largets Indian conglomerates (Bharti); two of the largest global financial powerhouses (Citibank and Bank of America), one of largest HR consulting firms worldwide (Mercer) and one of the largest Indian steel makers (SAIL).Rupesh had significant experience in partnering with business to provide HR solutions through my HR business partner roles in Citi and Bharti Retail. Mercer, Citi and BankAm roles gave me a good grounding into Comp & Ben and Strategic HR imperatives of an organization.He has the experience of managing large teams (150+) of HR professionals in his assignments.
