Rajeev demonstrates effective influencing skills and a sharp execution focus. His core strengths are building collaborative partnerships across multiple businesses and stakeholders, HR Consulting and Quality Delivery through HR and Business counterparts.
Presently, Rajeev leads the function of Human Resources for the 3000+ strong ES Asia team. Under his leadership, Sun Life Financial Asia Service Centre India has been certified as a Great Place to Work. It has also featured in Working Mothers and Avataar Best Companies to Work for Women in India. Rajeev’s key focus has been to grow the organization by bringing in quality talent, developing employee capability, building leaders & careers and evolving a culture of excellence, collaboration and empathy.
Rajeev is an Alumnus of Delhi University and has done his MBA from International Management Institute, New Delhi, India.
