Pankaj has 25 years of diverse experience starting in the financial services industry and moving on in the offshoring space.
He started his career as a management consultant at Feedback Ventures in Delhi (2 years).
Prior to this he has also worked with GE Capital’s commercial financing business where he worked as a credit underwriter, portfolio manager & 6 sigma leader (4.5 years Pankaj has been working with Dell, Bangalore – Strategy Director for the offshore business (2.5 years) and building out the internal Analytics team (8.5 years).
