Moutushi Sengupta is a senior management professional with more than 24 years of experience in the development and corporate sector. As a part of the Department for International Development and in her current role as the Director – Programmes and Advocacy, she has worked across a range of sectors and geographies to develop strategies; ensure proper design, implementation and evaluation of development interventions. She has many years of experience in coordinating and negotiating with actors in development, including senior bureaucrats, political leaders, development networks and donors, such as DFID, UN institutions and the World Bank. Her particular strength lies in leading and managing large, diverse teams and delivering results through effective team work.
