Meenakshi KS is a Managing Director in Credit Suisse and is the Head of Global Business Integrated Services. Prior to this role, she was the Global Head of Business Delivery Centers and was responsible for the offshoring footprints of Credit Suisse in Poland, Raleigh and India. She successfully drove the integration of these entities into Credit Suisse Service Company AG thereby changing the narrative of these locations from cost arbitrage to strategic business enablers and value creators for the bank. Her passion for building efficient and qualitative services led to the creation of Global Business Integrated Services, an internal services organization built on a robust P&L model. In the last 2 decades, Meenakshi has traversed a career from front line sales to Human Resources to business operations. She held various leadership roles in Human Resources at Lehman Brothers and the Indian conglomerate Mahindra & Mahindra. Meenakshi has an active involvement in Diversity & Inclusion and has championed two signature initiatives for Credit Suisse India. “Real Returns” a recruiting initiative for women professionals looking to re-start their career after an extended absence from the workforce & “MAG”, (Mentoring & Advisory Group) -mentoring women at junior to middle management positions. She is a sponsor of the LGBT network and an active LGBT ally within the bank. She is a member of the National Steering Committee of NASSCOM – Diversity & Inclusion Initiative. Meenakshi is also passionate about giving back to society; this won her the prestigious Credit Suisse Global CEO Leadership Award for Corporate Citizenship in June 2015. She is on the advisory board of Habitat for Humanity, India Meenakshi graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences & has an MBA in Human Resources from Mumbai University. She currently resides with her husband and son in Mumbai.
