Madhur Tatwawadi is a Director & Head Human Resources for Credit Suisse, Powai. In her role she manages a complex, highly diverse client base that perform roles ranging from research, analysis, structuring and middle office support, Risk Management and Quantitative data modeling and scenarios etc.
Madhur holds a Management Degree in Human Resources and has over 17 years of experience in human resources, including significant HR leadership experience in the financial services industry
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, she worked with Deutsche Bank, where she was heading the HR Advisory team. Prior to that she has worked with Standard Chartered Bank in the capacity of Country HRBP for the High Value Segments. She has spent a significate part of her career (~ decade) in the banking and financial industry both in the offshoring space as well as revenue generating businesses.
In Credit Suisse, she Co-leads the Diversity & Inclusion employee network. She is responsible for driving all Diversity and Inclusion interventions from Credit Suisse including gender, generational, LGBT etc.
She is passionate about mentoring and coaching young leaders and is a trained coach.
