Over the last few years, BD Foundation has worked with more than 100,000+ inspiring changemakers, women leaders and male champions all focusing on promoting inclusive growth. These leaders make up the BD Fellow network, a network of all past participants in our various programs, Leadership forums and Think Tank. It is a network characterized by women leaders and inclusion champions who are leading and collaborating for inclusive growth. It’s time that we further strengthen this network and recognize our best participant leaders. We are launching Unlimited, a privileged network of the best performing members to partner with them in their journey of impact and success.

Over the next 5 years, through UnLTD Program, BD Foundation will partner with a select group of 100 of the most engaged and visionary members of the BD Fellow Network to develop tailored support to enable them to advance their personal & professional growth along with supporting them to change their communities towards inclusive growth.

The program will focus on Coaching, Mentoring and trainings which offer individualized capacity building, access to global networks, sharing of best practices across the network and problem-solving among network peers; and creating visibility for their leadership growth.
