Upasana is a Director at Deloitte in the Technology Consulting Practice. She is responsible for building Client relationships and leads the Business Origination Team. She has worked across several of Deloitte’s priority clients. She acts as an enabler in serving client’s strategically and to foster long-term relationships. She has been involved with several start up initiatives at Deloitte including the launch of the Deloitte Digital brand in India. She also set up the Women in Technology initiative for Deloitte in 2015.
She has over 18 years of diverse experience across Consulting, Technology and Financial Services sector. She is a strong advocator for diversity and has presented at universities and sessions, moderated external panels. She has been involved in the mentorship program at Deloitte.
