Ranjan is a performance coach. He has been in the corporate space for over 20+ years and worked across Sales/Business Development, Transitions, HR Systems & Policies, Operations and Process Innovation in various blue chip organizations in India and Abroad. He currently leads the Finance Transformation & Innovation with Sutherland Global Services.
“I am like a corporate plumber” – says Ranjan. “Getting called to fix the leaks aka transform processes which eventually help drive profitability”. Prior to Sutherland, Ranjan has worked in companies like Hewlett Packard, Dell International Services, JP Morgan and GE Capital, to name a few.
A Post Graduate in Management from IMS Indore, Ranjan believes that there’s always a way to do things and that is what drew him to get his Black Belt and subsequently Master Black Belt certifications in Lean-Six Sigma to complement his management style with deep data insights to solve business problems. With a good strategic appreciation and vision, he can implement sophisticated plans with a proven track record in “Building & Optimizing” business processes and best-in-class teams.
