Kalpana is the Vice President, Global Risk Analytics and Compliance at American Express. Lead several teams of highly experienced analytics professionals to manage the credit risk in Amex’s consumer and commercial portfolios. Her Responsibilities include delivery of a range of analytics products and value propositions including model validation and monitoring, portfolio analytics, business intelligence reporting and out of pattern data monitoring. Her work experience has spanned both the US and the Asia Pacific region.
She is an experienced executive with over 25 years of experience in risk management in the financial services sector. She is also deeply passionate about building and leading talented teams to consistently deliver business results and organizational excellence across geographies.
