Amit Aggarwal is the Chief Learning Officer at Genpact. Amit is accountable for the Training, Leadership Development, Hring, Resource Management and Talent Marketing functions at Genpact. Amit is also Genpact’s global leader for Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity/Inclusion.
Amit is based in India but travels extensively to various Genpact locations. Amit has been with Genpact for about 16 years, and has had roles in Global Sales and Six Sigma/ Business Process Improvement.
Amit began his career with Accenture in their consulting business. He has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and a Bachelors Degree from St. Stephens College, Delhi University. Amit and his wife have a 13 year old daughter, so their world is full of adventure and mayhem. His interests are his family, yoga, tennis, travelling, the community and reading about/discussing the world of tomorrow.
