Snigdha Varmani

Snigdha has 14 years of work experience in the BPS world with most of that with Genpact (erstwhile GE) prior to joining Cognizant.
She has diverse experience ranging from Leadership and Professional Development, Knowledge Transfer, New Hire Training, Language Training, Process Training, across various verticals like F&A, India business and across domains like Hospitality, Insurance, Telecom and F&A.
During her tenure at Genpact in training, she was leading training for North territory of India and later she led training for Life sciences vertical for F&A domain. Snigdha have been extensively involved in Knowledge transfer, knowledge management, Leadership development.
At Cognizant my primary responsibilities include- driving the Talent management strategy for the BPO and primarily includes Design framework, solutions, implementation across poles and verticals.
Geetika Aggarwal

Geetika started her career with The Oberois and fell in love with the idea of Customer Service industry.
To make a difference to the quality of service, she moved to the Training and Development and worked in – Process Training Delivery, content design and performance consulting for business training.
She has worked with organizations / clients like Citibank, Mphasis, JPMC, First source, Axis bank and now Cognizant. In these organization , have lead Soft skills , Content Development and Business training teams for BFS sector and my role involved strategizing and ensuring quality solutions and training delivery for Business.
Her strength lies in consulting for Performance based Process Training, People Management and now, learning and gaining expertise in Gamification as a new skill.
Natasha Kher
DGM- Global Communications & Solutions Lead- BPS, Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Natasha carry 15 years of work experience and invested all of this time in Language Training, Design and Strategy.
She has been associated with brands like GE, WNS global services, Barclays Shared Services & Accenture Pvt. Ltd prior to joining Cognizant.
With diverse experience from Induction to an Organization –New Hire Training- Language Training- Compliance & Mandatory Trainings-Process Training; Natasha had the pleasure of being a custodian of all these shops in entirety and in some cases individually. During her tenure at Accenture & Cognizant, She has been extensively involved in Trainer Development (Concept, Design, Content and Implementation) for Facilitation, ID & Audience Handling. At Cognizant her primary responsibilities include- The Global Communication Strategy and Training School & Development.
Lavanya Koneru
Strategy Operations team – BFS Sector IB –KPO Research, Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Lavanya is a result-oriented business professional with 15 years’ experience and proven abilities in strategic planning, improving efficiency of operations, managing projects, team building and detailing project information to determine effective processes for operations. She has demonstrated capability to motivate staff to achieve maximum productivity and control/save costs through innovative thinking and most effective use of manpower and available resources. Lavanya has efficiently handled centralizing 14 business units across UK into one business unit by restructuring and relocating without compromising business goals.
Vinitha Venkateswarulu
BPS Technology, Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Vinitha started her career as a Staff Accountant in Ernst & Young, initially in Corporate Finance and then in Assurance.
She then joined Office Tiger, a start-up at that time to set up their Research teams and managed multiple research teams in India and abroad and moved on to set up Operations of the disaster recovery site in Colombo, Sri Lanka. She worked to support seven of the top ten investment banks on Wall Street across various services.
At UBS, she led the Analytics and Strategy Research teams. With Cognizant, Vinitha continued to manage these teams and was instrumental in setting up and leading the Cognizant Research Center here in Hyderabad.
Her strengths lie in connecting with people , team and clients, being methodical and diligent and honest.
She has an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras and have rowed competitively in national and international events during her school and college years. She has recently taken to running and completed her first half marathon in August this year. Her toddler son is her indulgence.

- Presently handling 2 major accounts – IBM & Accenture
- Design Manager for Accenture Projects at different locations
- Account Lead (Single Point of Contact) for IBM projects across 4 different locations
Shruti Garg

Shruti has 11 Years of experience in Architecture & Corporate Interiors across Design, Project Management, Partner/Vendor Management, Client Engagement, Developing new team members, Research & Documentation and Teaching.
Her prime role with JLL involves to oversee multiple projects from Pitch to Execution stage with direct reporting to the Principal/Director.
- Directly managed numerous projects with JLL under Warranted Price Model. Responsibilities included direct interaction with client, facility brief development, site due diligence, design development, budget estimation, presenting look & feel options within stipulated budget and quality control during execution
- Successfully manage projects across a spectrum of corporate clients in IT, Banking, Retail, Telecom and Finance sectors; with emphasis on Design, Design and Project Management, Client Engagement/Business Development
